• FIR IOLARION do a engage action with the Warlock and use it’s commander ability and brings in the PHANTOM(SC rerolled used) and targets the DOMINATRIX SWARM(Photo1).The dice are rolled and the WARLOCK&PHANTOM, win the combat and the DOMINATRIX SWARM is Broken(Photo2).The DOMINATRIX SWARM flees back into the rough rocky out crop and the WARLOCK&PHANTOM hold their ground(Photo3)

• FIR IOLARION fail to active the REVENANT TITAN and so shoot the HARASSMENT SWARM(Photo1)..dam bloody 1’s

• UK Tyranids do a engage action with the HARASSMENT SWARM and target the REVENANT TITAN(support from Wraithlords)(Photo1).The dice are rolled and the HARASSMENT SWARM wins the combat and the REVENANT TITAN is broken(Photo2).The REVENANT TITAN stays put, the Wraithlords gets a BM and the HARASSMENT SWARM falls back 5(Photo3)

• FIR IOLARION fail to activate WRAITHLORD TROUPE and so regroup(Photo1)

• UK Tyranids do a engage action with the DOMINATRIX SWARM and used the commander ability and brings in the BRUTE SWARM and the HEIROPHANT BIO-TITAN(SC reroll used) and targets the PHANTOM and calls intermingled and drags in the WARLOCK(Photo1).The dice are rolled and the PHANTOM(4DC)&WARLOCK(1DC) wins the combat.The BRUTE SWARM and DOMINATRIX SWARM(3 DC) are broken.The HEIROPHANT BIO-TITAN is wiped from the board(Photo2).The BRUTE SWARM and DOMINATRIX SWARM(3 DC) flee back into the rough out crop.The PHANTOM(4DC)&WARLOCK(1DC) stay put(Photo3)

• FIR IOLARION move WARLOCK(Photo1) and shoot the NORMAL ASSAULT SWARM, giving it a BM(Photo2)

• UK Tyranids do sustain fire with NEST SWARM(Photo1)and shoot the GUARDIAN,Killing 4 and giving it 6 BM’s(Photo2)..He was prepping..

• FIR IOLARION do sustain fire with the PHANTOM(Photo1) and shoot the broken DOMINATRIX SWARM, killing one all up(Photo2)

• UK Tyranids do a engage action with the HARASSMENT SWARM and target the Broken REVENANT TITAN(support from Wraithlords)(Photo1).The dice are rolled and the HARASSMENT SWARM wins the combat and the REVENANT TITAN is broken.The broken REVENANT TITAN moves to the side, the Wraithlords gets a BM and the HARASSMENT SWARM stays put(Photo2)

• FIR IOLARION double move the Wraithlords up(Photo1) and shoots the HARASSMENT SWARM, giving it a BM(Photo2)

• UK Tyranids fail to activate NORMAL ASSAULT SWARM and so move back and take BM(Photo1)..guard duty

• FIR IOLARION fail to activate the GUARDIAN(SC rerolled used) and so it breaks and flees back towards the blitz(Photo1)

Summary

 

Wow…That was interesting, Turn 2 was the failed turn since there was about 6 fail activations.I only won, due to the fact that Trent fail to rally the BRUTE SWARM and DOMINATRIX SWARM. If he had rallied those two formations than i would have lost by 40 points..

 

Over all I feel the Phantom needs to have the power fist by default, to give it a boost..…
The single Revenant Titan restriction could be more like the Guardians restriction set at 1 for every 1500 points.
List building is fairly straight forward with the 1 to 3 restriction.
