Thanks for the game Jim…
 
Now If only I had place the Orbital bombardment, on that part of the deployment zone, were you deployed your forces. Who knows, want might have happen. It looks like I may have hit 7 or 8 formations roughly..Ouch. That would have made the game easier for me, as it was I need to hold back and try and get Jim to break his castle up..He would had to do it anyways at some point, to start taking ground.. Then I could pick my places to assault. I had some luck with shinning spears(BTS), since Jim failed a few armours saves..So won that, which help the cause…If it had gone to turn 4, it would still have been close, although tough for me…and Jim may have gotten in front by a nose..Never once did I feel like, I was out of the game..
 
 
Oh and thanks Jim for getting so one mind on shooting AC and also thinking my Dev were Eldar.That camo work nicely, will need to make sure it’s standard issue when facing Eldar, when you are in charge…Smile with tongue out 
 
 
Apart from the cock up(from both of us,hey we are only human and not #$%^ Robots) on shooting the landing craft, when it had not land..It was bloody interesting game..and I look forward in facing Jim again in another tough interesting game..thanks mate.Open-mouthed smile

Summary
 
Yeah OK wonderful vassal dice..I could not make most of my armour saves and rarely did I hit, in engagements..I rolled three six's for the SR roll for the game, I believe…Yes the only thing on the board for me at the end of the game was a IUDICIUM MANIPLE and off board the Air force..
 
Anyways this game got me think on some things on how to tweak the list more….so change might be in order..
 
On to other things…
 
BLADE MANIPLE: Well they did shit all tonight, fail to active a few times…Still feel they should go to 225 points, but they may need to be more, but again more games will help..
 
 
NIGHT SCYTHES: Tried the portal the new way and I think it’s better, but it early days, so more test runs..
 
 
DE:
 
It was also my first game against the DE since the new update and second game all up against the DE..So hoping to have some more soon, if Jim will be in it..Rematch Smile

This game was a good example of dark Eldar being able to pick and control the assaults of their choosing.  It was also a fine example of the dice gods abandoning Greg.

The crons list is pretty hard core. I agree with Greg that the tomb blades are under costed.

Also the doomsday arks got smashed this game,  but that's cause I had 3 vops,  so you didn't really get to see how lethal they are,  but they would be worth a points rise too.

Rematch for sure!  Everyone losses their first game against dark Eldar!

Summary
 
Well the plan was to hit a BT flank hard and that’s want we did. There was no way I was going off into the distance with my forces..Since I was out number two to one in activations on the Table in turn one and that improved over the turns, where we final got in front, but we didn't have much on the table by the end of turn three..But neither did they..Yes there was luck and bad luck on both sides..
 
Anyways onto the other stuff..
 
SPACECRAFT:Yes this should be 325 first off, but 350 maybe better..
 
NIGHT SHROUD BOMBER: OK I have not dropped the disrupted off them, although I know that it will disappear in the next up date…
 
BLADE MANIPLE: These guys did a good job today, even though, both in the end were wiped off the board..still I’m unsure on their points cost..
 
NIGHT SCYTHES: Yes these could do with point increase to 200 and have the portal work like mention on thread (they don't land but rather project a portal at the ground when doing a ground attack action (still not being able to shoot)
