Well It Friday again and we manage another game of epic…So we switch back to Biel-tan 4.2 testing.The following will be tested..
1) In the Strategy Phase of any turn place the Avatar within 15cm of a unit with the Farsight ability , before making a strategy roll. The Avatar counts as its own formation and may only enter play in this manner. In the End Phase of that turn remove the Avatar before rallying formations. Once the Avatar has been removed it may not return.
2) Swords of Vaul: Replace any number of Falcons with an equal number of Fire prisms for free.
3) Engine of Vaul: The second engine cost is now 200 points

- Biel-Tan do sustain fire with the VOID SPINNER(Photo1) and shoots the FAST ATTACK,giving it 4 BM’s(Photo2)
- Salamanders do march move with ASSAULT formation into the ruins(Photo1)
- Biel-Tan do sustain fire with the VOID SPINNER(Photo1) and shoots the ASSUALT, killing 2 and breaking the formation due to BM’s, so it flees back to it deployment zone(Photo2)
- Salamanders do a marshalling action on the FAST ATTACK, so move and then remove all BMs(Photo1)
- Biel-Tan fail to activate rangers and so regroup(Photo1)
- Salamanders double move VINDICATOR formation up(Photo1)
- Biel-Tan double move EoV up(Photo1) and shoots the LANDRAIDERs , giving it a BM(Photo2)

- Biel-Tan do sustain fire with the VOID SPINNER(Photo1) and shoots the FAST ATTACK, killing 3 and breaking the formation due to BM’s, so it flees back to it deployment zone(Photo2)
- Biel-Tan move Warlock and shoots the LANDRAIDERs, killing two and giving it 3 BM’s(Sorry No pictures)
- Salamanders do a engage action with VINDICATOR and target the EoV(Photo1).The dice are rolled and the VINDICATOR wins the combat and the EoV are wiped from the board(Photo2).
- Salamanders double move DEVASTATOR(Photo1) and shoot EoV, giving it a BM(Photo2)
- Biel-Tan do a engage action with GUARDIAN WARHOST and target the broken FAST ATTACK(Photo1). The dice are rolled and the GUARDIAN WARHOST win combat and FAST ATTACK formation is wiped from the board(Photo2). The GUARDIAN WARHOST consolidate and moves forward to be closer to the Blitz(Photo3)

Summary
Well that was very fun game..The dice were with me today. The same might not been said about the Salamanders terminators and the shame they have brought on the chapter for losing combat with Artillery…
