Iyanden 4.2 Vs. Codex Astartes (NetEA 2014).Take 2

Well it Friday and we manage another game of epic. It was 3000 point per side and it was between Iyanden 4.2 Vs. Codex Astartes (NetEA Tournament Pack 2014)..

I used the Codex Astartes and Trent used the Iyanden 4.2.

River was treated as marsh, for terrain.

Summary
 
That was fun… It was a hard fought win. I must say I had some luck and so did Trent. Trent kept pushing the line and manage to break my centre. That’s after the Warlock was broken, we both laugh as each time, I had the chance to win the combat and I would missing by a pip, but got there in the end….Only to have the other warhound fail on the next engagement…Bloody dice…I also believe, the lone Scout will get a promotion after killing the last wraith blade, so shall be promoted to a full SM… Smile
 
Ok onto other things..
 
1) WRAITHBLADE- Well the 3+ to hit and MW seams to help, although lacking a FF limited their use. I think the best transport method for these guys is the Vampire and in the future list, that’s the way they will come on…
 
2) THE 1:2 CHANGE: This was my second game with this new change. I guess i will need to build some different list and see how they turn out…
 
3) The animated construct rule didn’t come into play again…
