Imperius Dominatus:Titan Legions Vs Questoris Knight Households

<![CDATA[TEMPLATE FOR LAY OWe manage another game of Imperius Dominatus: Warfare in the Age of Horus. It was 3000 point per side and it was between Titan Legions and Questoris Knight Households again..

Trent played Titan Legions and I played the Questoris Knight Households.

Play these forces to test the new CC stuff for Knights/Titans. We also played plasma weapons since they were modified from last game, we played. The other one tested was the newer "rough ground" check…That Peter passed to me, over messager this morning… Smile

Summary

Another interesting game….although called at the end of turn 2, since well the Titans were on top on most fronts….

The three items we tested

New CC rule for Knights/Titans…Well it worked for the Titan well, they can be pretty sure of wiping out anything with DR2, with 2 CC weapons and go pretty close to wiping out a DR3.….in one combat. The Knights never got the chance to do so…..although their Inv save was a blessing….

We also played plasma weapons since they were modified from last game….We were well yeah….not sure, so more testing…

The other one tested was the newer "rough ground" rule change, yeah this works well, one roll and done….

Other things..

Ok, my feeling is the Knights need to come down in price and I also mention the titans could go up in price to Trent…. But as I said to Trent….I want to play more games and face different armies etc.…Also I have not used all the types yet either or combo of weapons..….The thing that brought this up was force size and activations. Titans having 9 activation’s is high for Titan force and yes only 9 for the Knights…Yep there be people who play EpicA and would love to put that force on the table, 9 titans, most are lucky to get 5 and some cheap units…So yeah.so more games and I will see how I feel..
