Codex Astartes (NetEA Tournament Pack 2013) V’s Iyanden 4.2

Well Fridays been and gone again and we manage another game of epic. It was 3000 point per side and it was between Iyanden 4.2 Vs. Codex Astartes (NetEA Tournament Pack 2013)..

Summary
 
That was fun…Ok now onto the other things..
 
1) The WB have little strengths and they seem to have to many weaknesses. If they went to CC 4+ and added MW to their extra attack, that could go some way of fixing the issue. I would also like to see the WB and WG become one entry in the Warhost section. That would entail a points adjustment for the WB and then keep the upgrades…So one "Spirit Warhost". Then other war host is the the WL….

2) The animated construct rule didn’t come into play again…For the third game, that I have played. I wonder if its needed..But I have another game tomorrow and we will see..

Both side made tactical errors. My plan was simply to box him in and cut each flank off.Well it did not go that way, having the vampire and WB lose combat on the right flank was set back and so was the WB lose on the left flank with the scouts…so the plan went astray.. in the end I was blooded to much and could not hold stuff or take stuff of the Codex Astartes…But the Codex Astartes was in the same boat basically too..
