Well Fridays been and gone again and we manage another game of epic. It was 3000 point per side and it was between Iyanden Craftworld V’s White Scars (NetEA Tournament Pack 2013)..
Ok want was tested for the Iyanden Craftworld……...
- Wraithguard INF 15cm 4+ 4+ 4+ Wraithcannon 15cm 1x MW5+(15cm) Small Arms, MW AND Reinforced Armor, Fearless.
- Iyanden Spiritseer does not add +1 to the initiative rolls of any Spirit Warrior formation they are part of.
- Increase the range of the main gun on the cobra so it was 45cm range..
- Changes to the army structure…..

- White Scars march move Scout Formation, over to the ruins(Photo1)
- Iyanden Craftworld put NIGHTWINGS on CAP(Photo1)
- White Scars bring in the THUNDERHAWK(Photo1) and shoots the GUARDIAN WARHOST,killing one and giving it 2 BM’s(Photo2)
- Iyanden Craftworld place WAR WALKER TROUPE on overwatch(Photo1)
- White Scars double move Tactical formation, to claim objective marker(Photo1)
- Iyanden Craftworld place RANGER TROUPE on overwatch(Photo1)
- White Scars double move BIKE formation, to contest objective marker(Photo1)
- Iyanden Craftworld does marshalling action on GUARDIAN WARHOST, so they move and then remove all BM’s(Photo1)
- White Scars double move BIKE formation, to contest objective marker, the Rangers do their over watch, killing 1 and give the formation 2 BM’s(Photo1)
- Iyanden Craftworld does double move with SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST(Photo1) and shoots Tactical Formation, giving the formation a BM(Photo2).
- White Scars move the WARHOUND formation(Photo1) and shoot the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST (MOUNTED). killing 2 and giving the formation 3 BM’S(Photo2).
- Iyanden Craftworld double move ENGINE OF VAUL TROUPE(Photo1) and shoot the Bike formation, killing 3 and giving them 4 BM’s(Photo2).
- White Scars does a move action with Predator formation(Photo1) and shoots the ENGINE OF VAUL TROUPE, doing a DC and giving the formation 2 BM’s(Photo2).
- Iyanden Craftworld bring on SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST through web portal on the storm serpent and does a FF with the Bike formation(Photo1). The dice are rolled and the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST wins combat and the BIKE is Wiped from the board(Photo2)
- White Scars do a march move with BIKE formation and place it near the Blitz marker(They lose a unit to DTT)(Photo1)
- Iyanden Craftworld does double move with SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST(Photo1) and shoots Bike Formation, Killing 2 and giving the formation 2 BM’s(Photo2).
- White Scars move the WARHOUND formation(Photo1) and shoot the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST (MOUNTED). killing 2 and giving the formation 3 BM’S(Photo2).
- Iyanden Craftworld fail to activate the SWORDS OF VAUL TROUPE and so it regroups(Photo1)
- White Scars bring on the MARAUDER BOMBERS, they are jumped by CAP and blown out of the sky(Photo1)
- Both sides remove blast marker.
- NO aircraft were shot down in the disengage section……

- Iyanden Craftworld goes first….
- Iyanden Craftworld does a move with SWORDS OF VAUL TROUPE(Photo1) and shoots the WARHOUND Formation, and kills the W/E out right(Photo2).
- Iyanden Craftworld does a engage action with WAR WALKER TROUPE and target the BIKE formation in FF(Photo1). The dice are rolled and WAR WALKER TROUPE win the combat and the BIKE formation is broken(Photo2). The WAR WALKER TROUPE gets a BM, due to hit suffered(Photo3) and the BIKE formation flee back towards it deployment zone(Photo4)
- White Scars do sustain fire with WARHOUND formation(Photo1) and shoot the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST (MOUNTED). killing 2 and so the formation breaks(Photo2). It flees behind the ruins(Photo3)
- White Scars retain the turn and do a engage action with scouts and targets the WAR WALKER TROUPE, intermingled is called and this drags in the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST (MOUNTED)(Photo1). The dice are rolled and the scouts are wiped from the board(Photo2). The WAR WALKER TROUPE is broken due to BM’s, so flees back further into the ruins(Photo3)
- Iyanden Craftworld does sustain fire with ENGINE OF VAUL TROUPE(Photo1) and shoots Predator formation, killing 1 and giving the formation 2 BM’s(Photo2)
- White Scars bring in the THUNDERHAWK(Photo1) and shoots the GUARDIAN WARHOST,killing one and giving it 2 BM’s(Photo2)
- Iyanden Craftworld double move SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST(Photo1) and then shoot Predator formation, killing one and breaking the formation due to BM’s(Photo2). The Formation flees back to wards the Blitz objective(Photo3)
- White Scars double move tactical formation(Photo1) and shoot the GUARDIAN WARHOST and giving its BM(Photo2)
- Iyanden Craftworld fail to activate the GUARDIAN WARHOST and so it regroups(Photo1)
- White Scars do a engage action with BIKE formation and targets the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST(Photo1). The dice are rolled and the BIKE formation, wins the combat, the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST formation is broken(Photo2). The SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST, flees back further into the ruins(Photo3). The BIKE formation gets 3 BM’s(Photo4)

- White Scars do engage action with tactical formation and target the GUARDIAN WARHOST(Photo1). The dice are rolled and the Tactical wins the combat and gets 3 BM’s due to hits suffered(Photo2), the GUARDIAN WARHOST flees back down its base line roughly(Photo3)
- Iyanden Craftworld does move action with Rangers(Photo1) and shoots the Bike formation, Killing 3 and this breaks the formation, due to BM’s(Photo2) and so the formation flees back to it deployment zone(Photo3)
- White Scars fail to activate Predator formation and so they regroup(Photo1)
- Iyanden Craftworld does a move with SWORDS OF VAUL TROUPE(Photo1) and shoots the broken BIKE Formation, and kills the formation out right(Photo2).
- White Scars bring in the THUNDERHAWK(gets BM from AA fire)(Photo1) and shoots the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST (MOUNTED), giving it a BM(Photo2)
- Iyanden Craftworld fail to activate the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST (MOUNTED) and so it regroups(Photo1)
- White Scars move WARHOUND formation(Photo1) and shoot the ENGINE OF VAUL TROUPE. killing a W/E(Rolled a critical), and so this breaks the formation. It flees behind the hill(Photo2)
- Iyanden Craftworld does a marshalling action with SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST and moves and then removes all BM’s(Photo1)
- Iyanden Craftworld fail to activate the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST (MOUNTED) and so it regroups(Photo1)

- Iyanden Craftworld does move action with Rangers(Photo1) and shoots the warhound formation, giving it a BM(Photo2)
- Iyanden Craftworld does a move with SWORDS OF VAUL TROUPE(Photo1) and shoots the WARHOUND Formation, and kills the W/E out right(Photo2).
- White Scars do marshalling action on BIKE formation, so move the formation and then remove all BM’s(Photo1)
- Iyanden Craftworld fail to activate the WAR WALKER TROUPE, so giving it a BM, which breaks the formation and it flees back to it deployment zone(Photo1)
- White Scars fail to bring on Thunder Hawk(Photo1)

- Iyanden Craftworld fail to activate the SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST (MOUNTED), so giving it a BM, The formation moves, in a way to claim to objective markers(Photo1)
- Iyanden Craftworld fail to activate the ENGINE OF VAUL TROUPE, so giving it a BM, which breaks the formation and it flees back to it deployment zone(Photo1)

Summary
Another great game with Britt, and thanks for that by the way to Britt.
Ok onto my thoughts….
- The SPIRIT WARRIOR WARHOST change in size and points seam about right.
- Iyanden Spiritseer not having the plus one, at times was pain,but more testing need to see how it goes
- The range increase on the cobra felt right, but more testing is needed..
- Wraithguard changes seam to work,but more testing is needed…
